Spirituality leads us to other dimensions of existence: it guides us to the Absolute dimension, it leads us to expand our being, to sharpen our discernment and feeling, to pacify and calm our interior; it leads us to tenderness, to unconditional interest in all and sundry, to love and peace. All this does not constitute a solution of any kind but is a fruitful source of valid solutions.

Dance of the U

Body and experience are ways of knowledge, of oneself and of the spiritual path. Religion and tradition historically left it in the hands of theology to speak of the absolute. In the context of the 21st century, with globalization favoring transculturality, and practice as embodied knowledge, spirituality returns to the Here and Now. It is a matter of immanence and not of transcendence. The Wisdom of the different traditions of the Orient such as Yoga and Sufism, as well as the art of Music and Dance, have given me the tools, and my contribution is the methodology.

I unite all these elements: breath, the words of the mystics of different traditions, the transformative dimension of music and dance which springs from the vibration of the rhythms that affect the different planes of our psycho-emotional and energetic landscape, as well as the potential of meditation in movement.

I propose the Dansa de l'U as an embodied practice of meditation and contemplation, a path of confluences, of encounter, of existing and being, an invisible bridge.

Only our personal and collective quality, and our ability to discern what is suitable and appropriate in each situation, will be our guide. There is no other guide.
